ABOUT
POTCAKE: Bahamian word for Mutt...
As my father would say..."you can take the girl out of the islands but you can't take the island out of the girl."
That's right, I'm an island girl...born and raised in the Bahamas, with a little French and English to round me out...needless to say I'm a bit of a Potcake myself...hence the name of my design company...oh and the fact that I'm a sucker for Potcakes (mutts).
But if all that personal info didn't intrigue you enough...here's a little more about my design perspective.
I am a versatile designer seeking to design effective and dynamic creative solutions for awesome clients.
I have many years of design experience in brand identity development, collateral design, and retail design. You may have even seen some of my work while visiting Fernbank Museum of Natural History in Atlanta or while shopping for a gift card at Sam’s, Walmart, CVS or Walgreens.
But don’t be intimidated by all this name-dropping;) I've also developed brands for several start up organizations and private events.
